Hi! I’m Glyn Morgan, I recently asked our Future Leaders inductees if they thought I was old or young and 90% thought I was old (10% were being polite!). I then asked who thought President Obama was old and no one put their hand up. Given we are both year of the ox this is both devastating for poor old me but totally understandable, it is all about relevance.

So to many of you I am old and to many I am young.  With three great teenage kids it is clear, what I knew when I was their age is now but experience and less relevant than ever before, accordingly I am proud to be one of the many custodians of transcending age, needs and technology in real estate to somehow maintain the historic ways of doing business for the more mature of us, as well as needing to pump up the volume on the way younger people and differing demographics want to interact.

With over 5 fantastic years with Professionals Real Estate under my belt, the new world opportunity for real estate is ripe for the picking and I truly love going to work each day to figure out and implement the winning pathway forward.

I have many views and thoughts on where things need to go and will go, so would love to hear from like-minded or interested people who just love the opportunity of where we are all at right now.
